Keith Bearden

Keith Bearden lives in New York with his cat, Heinz.
He has directed short films, features, and commercials that have screened at top festivals such as Sundance, Tribeca, Deauville, Clermont-Ferrand, and SXSW, and earned accolades including Silver at Cannes Lions. His work has been broadcast on HBO, Canal+ and released theatrically worldwide. While he thinks in American, Keith also directs fluently in French.
Keith’s first feature, Meet Monica Velour, was called “original and very funny” by NBC and received four stars from London’s News of the World. His latest feature, Antarctica, is a teenage odyssey with a surreal twist — praised for its emotional depth and eccentric wit.
Equally skilled at writing smart, offbeat stories and directing both seasoned actors and young talent, Keith brings heart and humor to everything he touches.
A Berlinale Talents alum and one of Filmmaker Magazine’s “New Faces of Cinema,” Keith is currently developing his third feature film Stardust Forever.
